Practical

Addaption of Prototype 43
Focus: preventing the tube from being deformed when wheel collar is tightened
Duration: 15 min
Materials: aluminium tube + prototype 43
Principle: putting a smaller tube inside the big tube for strenght

a little extra piece

put it upside down inside the bigger tube

now the wheel collar is tightened

Practical

Addaption of Prototype 35
Focus: making the bending gaps smaller to prevent cookies from getting stuck
Duration: 15 min
Materials: ABS 4 mm + parts of prototype 35
Principle: cutting simple lines through the material instead of cutting out rectangles

ABS not fully cutted through on the inside because we used a laser setting for 3 mm ABS instead of 4 mm

outside of cookie machine with cutted lines for bending

The sandpaper has to much grip on the elastic band doesn't release on time.
